How much does house cleaning cost in Pittsburgh?

Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. We don't charge extra for supplies, travel, or anything else.
Do you charge more for the first cleaning?
First-time clients start with a thorough deep clean at the standard rate. It sets the foundation so every visit after that is faster and more consistent.
Is there a discount for weekly service?
Pricing is structured by frequency. Weekly and bi-weekly clients get the best per-visit rates, plus priority scheduling and consistent team assignments. Monthly service is also available.
What's Included
What does a standard cleaning include?
Every visit covers living areas and bedrooms (vacuuming, mopping, dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, baseboards, doorknobs, window sills), bathrooms (toilet, shower, tub, tile grout, mirrors, floors, cabinet exteriors), and the kitchen (countertops, stovetop, microwave inside and out, cabinet faces, appliance exteriors, sink). All products are safe for kids and pets.
What's not included in a standard clean?
Inside ovens, inside refrigerators, inside cabinets, laundry, dishes, and exterior windows are not part of a standard visit. If you need any of these, let us know when booking and we'll work it in.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything — professional-grade products, equipment, and supplies. You don't need to provide or prepare anything.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep clean goes further: scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, detailing baseboards and ceiling fans, and addressing areas that don't get regular attention. All new clients start with a deep clean.

How do I book a cleaning?
Online at wexfordcleaning.com/booking in under 60 seconds. Pick your service, choose a date, see your price, and you're confirmed. No phone tag, no back-and-forth.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll move your appointment with no hassle. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a short-notice fee.
How far in advance should I book?
3 to 5 days ahead for recurring service. For move-in/move-out or one-time deep cleans, a week or more is ideal to lock in your preferred date.
Can you clean when I'm not home?
Absolutely. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or door code. We'll take care of everything and make sure your home is locked up when we leave.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. We assign you a consistent team so you're never introducing your home to someone new. You know who's coming, they know your home, and the quality stays consistent visit after visit. That consistency is one of the main reasons our clients stay.
What if something isn't cleaned to my standard?
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean at no charge. That guarantee applies to every visit, not just the first one.
What if something is damaged?
Every Wexford Cleaning professional is fully insured. If something is damaged during a visit, contact us right away and we'll handle it.

How often should I schedule cleaning?
Bi-weekly is the most popular schedule for Pittsburgh families. It keeps the house at a real baseline without requiring too much in between. Weekly works well for larger homes or households with kids and pets. Monthly is available for lighter maintenance. Every new client starts with a deep clean.
Can I add extras to my visit?
Yes. Let us know before your appointment if you need anything beyond the standard checklist and we'll do our best to accommodate. Inside oven, inside fridge, and interior cabinet cleaning are common add-ons.
How do I pause or stop service?
Just reach out at admin@wexfordcleaning.com or call 412-981-1122. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule.
