The move-in or move-out clean is added to the price of your clean, by number of bedrooms. Prices are before 7% sales tax.

How much does a move-out clean cost?
It adds $150 for one or two bedrooms, rising to $350 for six, on top of the price of your clean. Your exact price shows when you book.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. It needs to be empty, with electricity and water on and no other trades working.
Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
Yes. Cabinets, drawers and appliances are cleaned inside and out.
Can you remove marks from walls?
We spot-clean walls. Some marks will not come off and may need to be painted over.
Do you clean blinds?
We dust and wipe blinds, except thin metal or plastic blinds, which can bend.
How long does it take?
Typically 3 to 6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.
