These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the wexfordcleaning.com website and the cleaning services provided by Wexford Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Wexford Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone at 412-981-1122, or by email at admin@wexfordcleaning.com.
  • All bookings are confirmed via email or text message. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
  • Scheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on the size of your home, the type of service requested, and the frequency of cleaning.
  • You will receive a price quote before service begins. The final price may be adjusted if the scope of work differs significantly from what was described at booking.
  • The only accepted form of payment is a valid credit or debit card. Cash, checks, and other payment methods are not accepted.
  • Card information is collected at the time of reservation.
  • A hold is placed on your card 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to validate the payment method.
  • Your card is charged the day after your cleaning is completed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning at no charge with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • If you are not home and we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

Access to Your Property

  • You are responsible for providing access to your home or business at the scheduled time. This may include leaving a key, providing a door code, or being present to let our team in.
  • We are not responsible for any lockouts or delays caused by inability to access your property.
  • Please secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before our team arrives. While we take every precaution, we recommend that items of significant value or sentimental importance be stored safely.

Pets

Please let us know if you have pets in the home. For the safety of our team and your animals, we ask that pets be secured or kept in a designated area during the cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Liability and Damages

  • We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damage to your property during a cleaning.
  • If our team causes damage during service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed to us before the cleaning.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and have no expiration date.
  • Gift cards can be applied toward any residential or commercial cleaning service.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Website Use

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

Job Applications

Information submitted through our careers page is used solely for evaluating your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. All applicants are subject to background checks as described during the application process.
