More than a month since a professional clean means the First Time Clean, which adds $100 to $250. You add it in the Extras step.
Recurring cleaning, starting with a First Time Clean
The first visit includes the First Time Clean to set the baseline. From the second visit you save up to 20%, with the same team each time.
A one-time standard clean
Your home is already in good shape, so a standard clean is all it needs. Add extras, like inside the oven or fridge, when you book.

How much does house cleaning cost?
A one-time clean starts at $155 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home and rises with bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Recurring visits save 10% monthly, 15% every two weeks or 20% weekly, from the second visit. You see the exact price online before you book.
Do I need a First Time Clean?
Yes, if your home has not been cleaned professionally in the last month. It adds $100 to $250 depending on the size of your home, and brings everything to a standard we can keep up on regular visits.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and interviewed in person, and carries their own insurance. Wexford Cleaning carries its own insurance as well.
When is my card charged?
Your card is held 24 hours before your clean and charged the day after it is done. We accept credit and debit cards only.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. With less notice there is a cancellation fee of up to the full price of the clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all the products, equipment and supplies needed for your clean.
