Prices include one bathroom. Each extra bathroom adds $20, and larger homes add a square-footage charge. Recurring discounts apply from the second visit.

First Time Clean and move cleans
A First Time Clean (adds $100 to $250) is needed if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month. Move-in and move-out cleans add $150 to $350.

Card only
We accept credit and debit cards. Your card is held 24 hours before the clean and charged the day after it is done.
Cancel with 24 hours notice
Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 24 hours notice. With less notice there is a fee of up to the full price.

What is the cheapest clean?
A one-time clean of a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is $155. On a weekly schedule the same home is $124 a visit from the second visit.
Why does my booking price differ from this table?
The table shows homes up to 1,499 sq ft with one bathroom. Extra bathrooms, a larger home, a First Time Clean, a move clean or add-ons change the total. The booking form adds them up for you before you confirm.
Is the First Time Clean required?
Only if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, 7% sales tax is added at checkout.
